Description
For Alcoholic drinks, the ability to "Drink" them. I tried all existing options (Use/Consume/Scribe etc)
You can do this in any city, simply talk to a guard and ask about "bartender". but here is a specific example.
In Zone [The City of Freeport] at location [-232.908081,-55.183315,8.709607] is NPC [Ranik Calman] whom sells "(Alcholic drinks)".
Buy some. Then in your inventory, you right click and "Drink" it.

This can be accomplished with a slash command in game: /drink_alcohol itemID#
