Following on from https://forge.isxgames.com/issues/1788
This new expac means we can select to get harvests from the new tier, or the PoP tier.
You get a 'bushel of harvests' in your inventory that needs to be examined, so yuou can select which one you want.
The bundle is LORE so you will need to unpack it BEFORE you try to collect from your garden the next time. (You won't get a bundle if you already have one in inventory, but it'll make the garden timer reset as if you collected from it.
The process now is as follows:
Double click An Obulus Frontier Garden
Right click and unpack 'A bushel of harvests' from your inventory (2nd option)
Click the harvest tier you require and click accept (as above screengrab)
Accept again to move the harvests into your inventory.
Harvesting quests for the Elemental Planes from the guildhall harvesters will be unlocked with completion of the Scrivener's Tale crafting series, which will also give you extra resources on completion
