Possible, but realistically not likely to happen. The problem is, each ability could be argued to use a different number for AEs.
IMO, the best thing to do, is to just load it into excel, then you can add a few columns to multiple by various amounts of mobs, and decide when you want each one to go off.
Example of why I don't believe it's realistic.
Lets say the display for AEs is 3 mobs.
AE1 is sooooo good, I'm fine casting it with just 2 mobs, I know this because I know Class01 very well. I'm no further ahead now, than prior.
However, AE2 is medicore, and should only be cast with 3 mobs.
AE3 is terrible, and unless there's 5 mobs, it shouldn't be cast.
Lets assume for a moment, I go hard code these, different values for each AE (ignoring the fact, that not everyone would agree with them).
Next xpac, when things change, like potency values, or abilities get tweaked, I then have to go and possibly change the values for every single AE for all 26 classes in the game.
The amount of work to keep that updated, vs just loading it into excel seems not worth while. This was designed to be a simple utility to help who wanted the raw numbers, then to decide what to do.
I'm open to suggestions, if you believe you have a method that limits the future work for me, but could satisfy people.
