Quest Markers on Actors

As per IRC
I have a character sitting near these Actors. The character name starts with 'b'. Is a common one you use. PM me for more details if you don't have the login details.
There are 2 quest markers. A red thing in the middle (I think it's a feather?) means it's a quest for YOU. A blue thing in the middle means a quest for someone in your group.
Tue [00:35] <Kannkor> If you want the markers to disappear, you can delete the quest (he only has 1 quest, so hit journal (default key: j) and delete it.

When an Actor is involved in a quest you have (99% you have to kill them), they have a quest marker.

If you uncheck this, the quest markers go away, if you check it, they come back. Hopefully this provides a simple way to track it down
