As per IRC conversation.
Tue [00:26] <Kannkor> For quest feathers, you can use the writ guy
Tue [00:26] <Kannkor> Get the quest = feather goes away
Tue [00:26] <Kannkor> While you're looking at it, there are different colour of feathers that would be nice to be able to know also. There's... the standard (grey/white?), green, purple, I think blue, just off the top of my head.
Tue [00:31] <Kannkor> Here's two people with quest feathers side by side:
Tue [00:31] <Kannkor> From guild hall click on the bell. Choose 'Kylong Plains'
Tue [00:31] <Kannkor> Then you can /waypoint 834, 14, 255
Tue [00:31] <Kannkor> One guy has a green feather, other a white(grey?)
