Description
If you are a 'member' (also known as gold, or a subscriber), you can use broker anywhere. Which can be accessed via the EQ2 Options -> Broker, or by typing /start_broker_anywhere
ISXEQ2 requires us to have the broker NPC targeted in order to do anything with the broker.
Wondering if you can find a way for us to use broker anywhere, where there is no NPC.
