MCP Commands broadcasting to multiple or all ORGs.

Description

I have setup a few ORGs and some MCP buttons such as Zone, Evac, Camp, Deity_Spend to name a few seem to broadcast to all ORGs.

On OgreConsole Settings if you have [x] Send all OgreConsole commands to IRC checked, it does NOT use your OgreRelayGroup. It sends it to IRC which is then broadcast to the default RG unless the -rg is specified.

I spent a few hours tonight looking into it and it's a much bigger task than I'm willing to try to change without breaking a lot of other things at the moment. For now don't use that option if you want specific ORG.
