Citadel Members Broken

Description

When in a citadel the following members are not returning proper values:

Me.Station.Name = Unknown
Me.Station.TypeID = -1
Me.Station.OwnerID = -1
Me.Station.SolarSystem = NULL

The above members worked when in an NPC station.

To test this yourself, go into any player controlled citadel in any region of space.
