Undead Horde not Casting (Named CA) Mob Detection

Description
I found that Undead Horde on the Necro was not casting.
Its seems to be classed as an Encounter spell and not a single mob spell .
I Had it set under Named CA casting and my Encounter smart nuke was enabled. I set the spell to Ignore Enounter Nukes and now noticed it was casting under CA and Named CA no matter what the mob was.
Just noticed in the Debug info for casting , that Awaken Grave is also being cast under Named CA i was fighting a normal 2 encounter mob.
This could be mob type detection Bug.
