Description
It would be nice to have the # targets box up for single target CAs too
Example: I don't want to cast a 30s buff if I am fighting a mob with < 30% HP (not named). But, if I am fighting 2+ mobs, I'll cast it if regardless of mob health. So the Cast Stack would look something like this for Dragon Claws
- DragonClaws - NamedCA
- DragonClaws - CA - #2
- DragonClaws - CA - N_HP > 50%
