Ogre Craft - crash when auto-buying fuel

Description
When autotinkering (possibly when other crafting also) when toon runs out of fuel and attempts to buy more, crash occurs. also, when done crafting a round of recipes, toon runs to merchant and hails, but does not actually sell the crafted items. eventually run out of bag space.

Most likely fixed in 20160614.0002. If not, it should be reported under the section for OgreBot.
