So when mining ICE in EVE, the hauler does not recognize the 1,000m3 space of each ice block and thus dives into an infinite loop of attempting to load more ice into a cargo bay with less than 1,000m3 in it. This includes the residual space in Miasmos ore bays as well as the cargo bay which does not have 1,000 m3 in it.

I believe the solution would be to put a contingency in when the "ice" checkbox is selected to have the bot forget the cargo capacity all together.
