BJ Movement not on Ogre UI

Description

For some toons on the same computer, BJ movement group roles does not show up on Ogre UI while others do. 

 

The group I am running now is as follows with what works:

SK - no

Fury - no

Mystic - no

Wizard - yes

Troub - yes

illy - no

 

I've seen this on other toons on my other computers.  Since they are all using the same Ogre XML, I am thinking there might be something else I didn't refresh.  Is this a bug or is there something I am missing.  Thoughts?
