Description
for some encounters, it's helpful to be able to easily identify who has what or who is doing what etc. it'd be awesome if we had a way to do that via the HUDs we already have.
ex:
oc !c -UpdateHUDColor <forWho> <onwho> <color> ie oc !c -UpdateHUDColor all user01mage01 purple
