Crystal Blast doesn't cast when Crystalline Destruction procs

Description
I'm testing my conjy profile and see there's an option in the conjuror tab that allows for Crystal Blast when Crystalline Destruction proc to be enabled. However, I'm seeing Crystalline Destruction proc but the bot isn't casting Crystal blast.
I do have Crystal blast as a CA at the bottom of my cast stack but my understanding is that its not needed and the bot should cast it when it seens Crystalline Destruction proc.

I created a brand new conj profile, I checked the option on the Conj tab, then made a very basic cast stack, went in alphabetical order of all CAs... Anyways...

It proc'd, and the very next ability was CB which was called from the conj specific tab. (as noted by the Called From:).
Make sure your maintained window does NOT fill up. If it does it may not show that CD proc'd.
