Add a checkbox in berserker section of UI and the code to use Unyielding Will and others

Hello.
Berserker have different autorez. The main one is Vision of Madness which is a buff until cancelled, no problem to put it in the cast stack. The other main one is Unyielding Will but it has a duration and a long recast time. So you only want to launch this one when you already use the first one and are waiting for its cooldown.
It will be great in the UI section of Berserker (and maybe other classes that have a similar system) to add a checkbox "Use Unyielding Will when Vision of Madness is cooling down".
There is a third autorez if you go left in your Prestige, Rampager's Resilience. It may be cool to have a second check box 'Use Rampager's Resilience when Vision of Madness and Unyielding Will are cooling down".
