Give those enchanters something to do!
Missing the crowd control feature. Implement please?

I realize "crowd control" is a very generic term, so let me try to be more specific.
Several classes get varying levels of crowd control:
1. Roots
2. Stuns
3. Mezzes
4. Fear
It would be nice to have checkboxes per character, per type of spell, and maybe another checkbox that says "only use when I have aggro"
