Gathering Goblin Won't Harvest T11

Description
When running the harvesting script set to harvest T11, the character will hail the goblin, collect harvests if available, check goblin conversation options and then do nothing (even though the console says sending goblin out for T11, It never selects the option for 60+ harvests.)

This has been fixed and will be on my test patcher this weekend with Patch # 93.
From the patch notes:
- Amenities Tab
- Gathering Goblin and Pack Pony harvesting will now support T11!
