Description
We need to have compression updated. Currently if you itirate over a list of items in your cargo, and its ore and then you tell that ore to :Compress it then opens the compression window and adds the ore to the compression window. We then have to click button to compress in the window. That is how it was for the last 2 years since compression was added.
Now with a recent update you and compress ore simply by right clicking the ore and pressing compress. This is basically the same thing we were doing but now instead of a window opening it just automatically compresses.
To test:
be in a ship in space
have ore in your cargo hold
right click the ore
select compress
The ore will compress (if you have a ship on grid with you running compression).
This works for not just ore but gas and ice as well.

I am marking this as a ban risk as it is not normal behavor for people to open the window that we are opening to compress. If they track how many people and how often that window is opened it might lead to a way to detect who users as I do not know any other way to open that window.

You will need at the minimum the following ship and items to test compressing:
Ship: Porpoise
Items:
-Medium Industrial Core I
-Medium Astroid Ore Compressor I
-Heavy Water
The Industrial Core needs Heavy Water to turn on, the compressor requires the industrail core be on to activate.

You can use any ship.
The requirement to see the compress context option are:
1) At least one (1) unit of uncompressed ore located in the ship cargo.
2) Select ALL can be used, but at least one ITEM in the cargo window needs to be in-front of the cursor to see 'compress'. If you right click into the cargo space, but not on an item (of any type) in the hold, the compress is not offered.
Compress requires no further interaction or approval
As mentioned by the OP, the issue is that the window we are using for compression is no longer 'in game' accessible.
