Description
During the Task Step Wizard, if a nearby target is needed, have it scan for nearby actors and dump their names into the combobox.

- Status changed from In Progress to Implemented
- Updated OgreBot: Target___. For parameter 2, the parameter wizard will now auto-populate the combobox with actor names within 30m.
This will be available with Patch # 151.
