Description
When using .ToItemInfo.OffersQuest on an item that has been cached, it is returning nothing.
Syntax: Echo <text>
I am trying to use it on a lore and legend item, which I think used to work with it.

Also, I thought we had a way to know if a quest item (lore and legend) was no longer needed. eg. we had already examined it

item.IsQuestItemUsable is always returning FALSE. Shouldn't this return TRUE on Lore and Legend items?
