Combat Option - "Stay out of Melee Range"

Description

Especially when powerleveling, it's common to have your tank loaded up with mobs, some/all of which may have nasty AOE's. It can be very beneficial to keep your other group members out of melee range of the mobs, both to keep them alive, and to avoid detrimentals/dots. (Some mobs, ESP bosses have large AOE radius; not trying to avoid those; handled differently) Autofollow distance is too close, and gets weak alts killed.

We already have the options to "Move into Melee Range" and "Move behind mob", it would be great to be able to combine "Ranged Attack" and a new option to "Stay out of Melee Range", which should take a variable of ranged distance to try to maintain either the current implied target, or the tank, but only once combat starts.

While we can accomplish this, by hand, per fight, it would be great to have an option to do this automagically.. Save those lowbie alts from easy and pointless deaths!

I'm hoping it's as easy as it sounds. Thank you again for a GREAT set of scripts.. worth every penny.

Per suggestions, tried using OgreFollow/++/-- 

while I appreciate that it keeps the toons out a bit, it messes up normal following, so toons get stuck on doors, halls, etc.
