<p>It would be great to have the miner use the survey scanner to short cycle the mining laser.</p>
<p>I have done the numbers and this simple change would increase m3 mined by as much as 60%.</p>
<p>CCP has nerfed the ore belts and anomalies, the asteroids now have up to 66% less ore which means a lot of time is wasted in nearly empty asteroids.</p>
<p>Since we can't run away from that fact upgrading the miner module with a simple laser short cycle script would be an amazing addition.</p>

<p>When NPC's are in range, the miner launch drones and target NPC's to attack.</p>
<p>Once NPC's are dead the miner is leaving drones in space.</p>
<p>Once ore hold is full miner warps off to unload but leaves the drones in space.</p>

<p>I'm mining alone and unloading to the station.</p>
<p>Once ore hold is full miner warps to station unloads and selects a random belt instead of its last mining location.</p>
<p>Miner also does not create a bookmark in the folder to warp back to</p>

<p>Problem self resolves if you change systems.</p>
<p>Seems more pronounced with more clients running, but also occurs with just one.</p>

<p>Certainly, EVE uses some sort of parent/child system in developing it's UI.</p>
<p>Would be nice if we could look through the hierarchy and get more direct access to buttons/text areas/tabs/lists/etc so we can call any button and read any text window.</p>
<p>Similarly, it would be nice to be able to call any function in the contextual menu that appears when right clicking an item.</p>

<p>This would add a plethora of features, such as adding bounties, refining, purchasing items with LP, purchasing new clones and jump clones, and countless other features that could be manually implemented in middleware. In essence, it would allow any function to be imlpemented manually rather than waiting for a specific direct function call that has more chances of breaking on patch.</p>

<p>MyOrder.Price and .Quantity consistently return -1. CyberTech had said he was looking into it but doesn't seem to have finished it.</p>
